In Gracie’s comic she uses Pokémon characters to explain the mask situation that occurred during the pandemic. Although she did not want to wear a mask and she had trouble breathing in a mask, she was able to understand that in order to keep herself and the people around her safe, she needed to wear a mask to prevent the spread of the virus.
